Up and Down Day
Movement for 8/26/08:
- She resisted awakening, this morning, but she always does when she gets less than 12 hours. I teased her about this. It didn't seem to affect her movement, though. She stood so well in the bathroom for groin washing that I mentioned it to her, twice. I even found myself commenting on how well she walked from the bathroom to the dinette. Long nap, today, though, mainly because I took a long nap. When I stumbled into her room to check on her after my own nap, she was sitting up on her bed with her hand on her night stand, looking as though she was considering standing up. She was iffy on her her knees, though; so iffy that I insisted that we wheel her into the living room, and she didn't resist. I checked her blood sugar but it wasn't too low. I'm a little concerned that her hemoglobin may be dropping; I don't think it's pneumonia, this time, and its not her blood sugar. I'll report later on how she does at bedtime.
